Invitation to Bid

Sealed bids will be received by the Warwick Township Municipal Authority (WTMA), 315 Clay Road, P.O. Box 336, Lititz, PA 17543-0336 until 2:00 p.m. Wed Aug 20, 2014 at which time bids will be opened and read publicly for the sale of the following equipment formerly used by the Authority:

Proposals must be submitted upon the bid form which is available either on line or by contacting the WTMA. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid and made payable to WTMA. The 10% bid deposit will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. WTMA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
