Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities Whole-Home Repair Program

The Lancaster County Housing and Redevelopment Authorities have a new program called Whole-Home Repair Program. This program will provide funding to address habitability and safety concerns, provide measures to improve energy or water efficiency, and make units accessible for individuals with disabilities. For City homeowners, a grant will be available for up to $25,000. For County homeowners, a grant will be available for up to $25,000 and a loan is available for up to an additional $25,000, totaling up to $50,000. The loan is a zero percent (0%) interest deferred payment loan.
