Warwick Township is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Public Works Crew Leader. This position is responsible for effectively and safely supervising laborer work crews to accomplish goals set by the Public Work Superintendent.

Qualified individuals should possess considerable knowledge of Public Works’ standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment as well as the ability to assign and supervise the work of others, provide instruction, lead a work crew, and encourage a team environment. The qualified individual should also have basic knowledge of construction practices, mechanics, and trench work. This individual must also be available for on call winter road maintenance during the winter months as evening/weekend hours will be required.

This position provides year-round employment and an excellent benefit package. The starting rate is based upon the individual’s skills and knowledge.

Successful applicants must be at least 18 years of age, preferably possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License, and satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical and drug testing, PA State Police Criminal Background Check as well as PA Department of Motor Vehicle Records Check.
