Rules and Regulations

LOCATION:  550 Stauffer Road, Lititz, PA 17543

HOURS:  The facility hours are 6:00am to 10:00pm – 7 days / week (Site will be gated after 10:00pm)

FACILITY:  The Facility is accessible by key fob only and is continuously monitored by surveillance cameras.  We encourage you to follow the Rules and Regulations, and to report any abuse to the Warwick Township Office at 717-626-8900.  Any violation of the Rules and Regulations will result in loss of access to the Facility.  Upon entrance to the facility, please follow the directional signage, and place all items into designated areas.

GENERAL RULES:

• For use by Warwick Township residents
• Place items in designated areas only
• No smoking
• No grass clippings
• Leaves, flower trimmings, garden trimmings, sticks, shrubbery clippings and tree trimmings only (no plastic bags)
• Tree limbs may be no longer that 10’ in length and 8” in diameter
• No tree stumps
• No trash or garbage (this includes plastic pots)
• No construction or demolition waste
• No painted, pressure treated wood, railroad ties or landscaping timbers
• No sod / dirt / rocks

MATERIALS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE FACILITY:

• Brown leaf bags (50 cents each bag)
• Bio-solid fertilizer ($10.00 per bag)
• Double-ground chips:
  • $2.00 per 30 gallon bag or can
  • $15.00 per 4x8 truck or trailer
  • $25.00 for loads larger than 4x8

UNACCEPTABLE USE OF THE FACILITY (RESULTING IN LOSS OF ACCESS):

• Use of your key fob by someone not of your property
• Dropping any items not accepted at the Facility
• Non-payment of materials picked up at the Facility
• Damage to gates, signs, buildings, or any other property damage
