Antonio Alvarado is the Mosquito-borne Disease Control Program Coordinator for both Lancaster County and Lebanon County.  Any resident who has concerns about mosquitos may contact him via email at Antonio.Alvarado@lccd.org, call him at (717) 277-5275 x112 or you may access Pennsylvania's West Nile Virus Program website at https://www.dep.pa.gov/Business/ProgramIntegration/Vector-Management/Pag... and click on the "Mosquito Complaint" box.

When contacting Antonio, provide your name and full address, county, phone number and email address. Include the date and location of the problem and any other related comments.
