Warwick Township Municipal Authority (WTMA) is participating in the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP). LIHWAP is a temporary emergency program to help low-income families pay overdue water bills. LIHWAP is a grant and you do not have to repay it. You may apply online starting 1/4/2022 at www.compass.state.pa.us.
