At their regularly scheduled meeting on December 17, 2008, the Warwick Township Board of Supervisors enacted Resolution #12-17-08-08, adopting a policy for inspection and duplication of public records in accordance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008.  In accordance with the Resolution, Daniel L. Zimmerman was appointed Warwick Township's Open-Records Officer.
