CALL TO ORDER - 7:00 A.M. - W. Logan Myers, III, Chairperson

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

TEN MINUTE GUEST RECOGNITION/PUBLIC COMMENT

Individuals who register in advance of the meeting will be given an opportunity to address the Board concerning any agenda item or unrelated item prior to commencement of the regular business agenda. This ten minute time period will be equally allocated between the number of participants who wish to make brief comments; however, no person will be permitted to speak longer than five minutes. Although this preliminary public participation period is limited to ten (10) minutes, individuals will have an opportunity to continue discussions with the Board at the conclusion of the business agenda or before the Board takes action on an agenda item.

SUBDIVISION AND RELATED BUSINESS:

Consider the Stony Lane Tract - Garman Builders/Final Subdivision Plan, prepared by Pioneer Management, dated 1/27/2011

OLD BUSINESS:

Presentation on results of the Energy Conservation Grant
Presentation by Brandywine Conservancy on potential incentives for historic structure re-use in the zoning ordinance
Consider bids for the Clay Road bridge and repair work
Consider proposal for purchase of a waste oil heater

NEW BUSINESS:

Consider appointing Beth Swartz to the Warwick Township Recreation Advisory Committee
Consider the proposed ADA Trail Accessibility policy
Consider request for fire police - CTC fund raiser - Millport Conservancy
