Street Light User Assessment Bills

Street light User Assessment bills are mailed to only those property owners located within a street light district.  These bills are mailed during the first two weeks of Februrary.  These collections are deposited into the Township's street light fund and are used strictly for covering the cost of electricity to operate the street lights.  As a note for individuals whose real estate taxes are paid through an escrow account; street light user assessment bills are generally not paid by mortgage companies.

If you have any questions, please contact Lynn Reapsome at the Warwick Township office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 717-626-8900 or lreapsome@warwicktownship.org.

Your Street Light User Assessment Bills are due and payable to:

Warwick Township
315 Clay Road
P.O. Box 308
Lititz, PA 17543

Payment may also be made in person at the Municipal Building during the regular office hours indicated above.

For the convenience of taxpayers, a drop-off box for the payment of Streetlight User Assessment Bills is now available.  The box is located at the Warwick Township Municipal Building, 315 Clay Road, inside the first set of doors on the left-hand side.  This box is accessible 24 hours a day.  (Note: Please do not place Warwick School District tax payments in this box.)
