The second scheduled public meeting on Thursday, September 28^th at the Ephrata Public Library for the Warwick Township to Ephrata Borough Rails to Trails Feasibility Study has been cancelled.  While the feasibility study is progressing as scheduled, this decision to cancel is motivated by the desire of the Study Committee to ensure that they can adequately respond to the questions posed by attendees of the first public meeting.  In order to answer some of these questions, it was necessary to obtain information from additional sources.  That process has taken longer than anticipated. 

Realizing such, a final public meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, December 7^th at the Ephrata Township Municipal Building (please note the change in venue).  As a note, individuals are welcome to attend scheduled Study Committee meetings.
