WARWICK TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY PLUMBER'S INFORMATION
Plumber's Registration
All persons involved with the construction and maintenance of sewer and water mains, laterals and services in Warwick Township are required to register annually and hold a current Plumber's Registration issued by WTMA.
The annual fee is $30.00 for the initial registration and $5.00 for each additional card. Renewal forms for the upcoming year will be sent out to existing registration holders mid-November.
You may print and complete this Plumber's Registration Application Form and return the completed application along with a copy of your Certificate of Insurance and a check made payable to:

WTMA will not issue a Plumber's Registration without a Certificate of Insurance.
Your Plumber's Registration can also be picked up at the Municipal Authority Office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..
